Dalgona coffee tou sab ko pasand hai, here is presenting Dalgona chai that I learnt from a group during this pandemic and ab tou har baar meri family ki farmaish hoti hai ke jab bhi koi special occasion ho,dalgona chai is must. Everyone enjoys this and this makes my day happier :)

For tea
2 cupswater
1 1/2 tbsp loose tea
6 tbspEvery day tea creamer
To make Dalgona whip
6 tbspGround cofee
6 tbspsugar
6 tbsphot water

Steps

Make tea first, boil water in a pan add chai patti and cook on low flame for 2_3mins

Then add milk powder mix and let it simmer for few mins

Transfer chai to a kettle to stay warm and keep your tea cups ready

Make Dalgona whip, add all the ingredients mentioned in a large metal bowl

Whip the mixture for few minutes until becomes light brown, fluffy and creamy.

Chai ko mugs ya cups mein pour karen aur uper ye dolgona mixure dalen aur enjoy.
