Beetroot ko grate karein aur usse plate me rakh kar uska sara pani squize karein

Kadahi me thoda sa ghee dal kar,usme jeera & green chilli dale,phir squize kiya hua Beetroot dal kar,garma masal,haldi & rock salt dale

Ab isse cover karke 2-3 minutes paka kar plate me niklkr achhe se thand hone de

Ab mash Potato ko isme dalkar achhe se mix kar,isme thoda salt & chopped Coriander dalkar mix karein

Ab iski medium size ki tikki bana kar fridge me 1/2 an hour ke liye set hone rakhe

Singhare ke aate me thoda rock SALT & water dalkar thin batter ban le,ab ek ek tikki ko isme dip kar,makhane ke powder me achhe se cover kar plate me rakhte jaye

Pan me ghee garamkar tikki ko Dono side se golden brown fry karein

Dip ke liye curd ko achhe se mix kar isme sugar, rock salt & jeera powder add kar mix karein & garama - garamtikki ke sath serve karein
