Cooking Instructions

Dice the chicken and boil with bay leaves and garlic for about 15 minutes until tender.

Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant without oil or butter. Once fragrant, add the chicken and stir. Add enough of the chicken broth and wait until it boils.

Once boiling, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. Stir and wait until it boils again.

Finally, add the sliced green onions. The chicken breast fillet with Padang sauce is ready to serve.
