Take milk in thick bottom large bowl & boil it.Add some drops of vinegar with constant stirring & add also mint leaves,black salt,chat masala,black pepper & cumin seeds.After sometime milk starts curdle.

Now take a cloth & sieve curdled milk & wash with normal water.Keep it aside for about1/2 an hour by pressing with heavy weight.

After 1/2 an hour cut pieces of paneer into desired shape & size,keep them aside.

Now take a bowl,add gram flour,salt,red chilli powder,rice flour,& finally chopped green chillies & make little thick batter with help of water.

Coat all paneer pieces by gramflour batter uniformly.

Take a pan & heat oil in it.Now fry all coated paneer pieces on medium flame from both sides,until they become golden brown.

After frying put off them on tissue paper.

It is ready.Serve them with tomato chilli sauce.
