Orange Cake

This cake recipe was inspired by the Thermomix recipe, but I made some changes, trying to reduce sugars and fats. I used the microwave because I didn't have much time, and I wanted this to be my pre-workout, but I will leave both the oven and microwave options to follow below.
This one is in Spanish, but it is the one I used to follow. I couldn't find the original by Thermomix in English https://thermomix-tarragona.es/raquel-elez-toledano-1/postres-y-dulces/bizcocho-de-naranja-con-thermomix/

Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180ºC/356ºF and grease the baking tin (I didn't have much time, so I skipped this step, and I used the microwave to cook it instead)
- 2
Mix the sugar or dates paste, the whole oranges, not peeled, and cut into fourths, and the eggs. Blend until completely mixed. (In Thermomix blend 3 min/37ºC 98°F/speed 5)
- 3
Add the butter and yogurt and mix (10 sec/speed 4)
- 4
Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix (30 seconds, speed 3)
- 5
Pour the mixture into the mold
- 6
In the oven: Bake for 30-35 min at 180ºC/356ºF
- 7
Microwave: 10 minutes at maximum power
- 8
Let it cool for about 10 minutes, ENJOY!
