First of all prepare sugar syrup by mixing water,sugar, cardamon and boil it 8-10 minutes, once done cover it and keep aside.

Now trim the edges of bread slices and add to mixer grinder to make a fine powder

Add milk,sooji,malai to it then cover and keep it to rest 5minutes.

Now make the equal balls by stuffing raisins into it

Fry these balls in medium hot oil,keep stirring for even color

Dip into the sugar syrup and leave for approx an hour till it absorbs the syrup. The delicious and soft gulabjamun are ready...
