Heat ghee in a pan. Add Chaulai seeds in ghee and roast Cholai in a wok till roasted aroma comes and it start popping. It will take 5-7 minutes.

In another pan add water and jaggery and cook on low flame till jaggery dissolves completely.

Add roasted Cholai in jaggery syrup and mix well. And continue stirring till mixture gets thick.

Let it cool to room temperature.

Now take a lemon size portion and make laddoos with your hands. Like wise make all the laddoos.

Bhog ladoos are ready to Offer to Goddess.
