Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and roast semolina..

When your sooji becomes light golden in colour take another pot add 1 tablespoon oil to it and add the cardamoms to it..

When cardamoms splatter add water to it..

Add sugar according to your taste..

When sugar dissolves add semolina to it..

Cook for 3-5 mins then switch off the flame.. and your halwa is ready..garnish it with some dry fruits before serving.. ☺
