Take a pressure cooker and put chopped vegetables like potatoes, beans, capsicum, carrot along with salt and boil it.

Take a pan and dry roast sesame seeds, cloves, poppy seeds, black pepper, dry coconut, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, and cumin seeds.

Once its come in room temperatures then add red chilli powder and blend it with mixture till smooth powder.

For gravy : take a pan, add oil and chopped garlic, ginger, onion and tomatoes and mix it well. Once it comes into room temperature then blend it in mixture.

Take a pan add butter, asafoetida and add the gravy. And cook it. Till it separates the butter.

Add salt, kasoori methi, kolhapuri masala and mix the boiled chopped vegetables in it.

Cook it for 10 minutes. And garnish it with green coriander leaves. Enjoy.
