Kashmiri Lal Paneer

Cut square pieces of paneer, fry little.

Put the fry paneer in bowl add 2 medium glasses of water keep aside for 5 to 10 min.

In a Kadai, heat oil add cloves, cinnamon, black cardamom, paneer,saunf, ginger powder, Lal Mirch powder stir well.

Now add 2 medium glass of water and cook till the water is reduced.

It will take 10 to 12 min. Your yummy lal Paneer is ready to relish with hot rice.

Sprinkle garam masala powder & serve hot.
