Rose Burfi (without sugar)

In a pan add rose petals water and rock sugar powder cook it for 2 mins then cover and switch off the flame.

After 5 mins when the petals become soften add mawa or milk powder and desiccated coconut into it. Mix.

Add little ghee.

Keep mixing

When it forms dough like shape stop cooking and place it in a greased plate in rectangular or square shape. And decorate with dry fruits.

This takes 1-2 hours to get set then cut in pieces.

And it's ready.
