Lee's Pickled Jalapeno Nacho Rings Lee's Pickled Jalapeno Nacho Rings
This is a very basic pickled Jalepeno recipe. I don't get wrapped up in adding a bunch of different spices, etc. These are not difficult to make. You can process them in a hot water bath for longterm storage. You can also skip the hot water process, but you will need to keep them refrigerated. Either way, they are very satisfying and delicious. Lee's -

Buffalo Nachos Buffalo Nachos
We had some leftover buffalo and wasn't enough for a whole family, so I creatively turned it into nachos. Let's just say this will be a new family favorite, buffalo gives it a nice surprise. I recently had a miscarriage, then just two weeks after it, I found out I have chronic congestive heart failure, I'm only in my 30s! My other half has it too, so we're changing our diet to well, live longer. We found buffalo at our local meat market. qtmonki01 -

Pickled Jalapeños + Pickled Jalapeños +
My brother-in-law, André, enjoys gardening and grows loads of beautiful jalapeños especially for me. I love them and use in a lot of my recipes. They're quick and easy to pickle for the fridge. I strongly recommend wearing latex gloves when handling the jalapeños. We had a couple of leftover mini bells sweet peppers from André's garden that I also used because I liked the red/green contrast. Then he brought in a mess of beautiful banana peppers, and I thought what the heck....in they went. They're delicious! Maggie Conlon -
