I was surprised one night by unexpected guests, and being the hospitable person that I had to be, had to rummage through my fridge to find out what I can put together to serve them.

All I had at hand were corn chips, greek yoghurt, some onions, tomatoes and 2 Hunt's Chili Beef and Beans pouches. Crossed my fingers and tossed them together and it actually turned out really good!!
