The nachos I had in America were so delicious that I fell in love with them.
When I had guests coming over, I made a double batch and they were gobbled up in a flash.

You can use any cheese such as cheddar, Gruyere, Swiss, Parmesan, etc.
You can replace the tomato sauce with chili or Tabasco. For 2 servings. Recipe by Brandy

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1enough to cover the plate Tortilla chips
  2. Homemade tortilla chips (Recipe ID: 686826)
  3. 1/2 tbspOlive oil
  4. 3 tbspFresh tomatoes, store-bought tomato sauce, etc
  5. 3 tbspHard cheese
  6. 2 tspJalapenos (if you have them)
  7. 3 tbspBean paste
  8. 1Sour cream (to taste)
  9. 5 tbspAvocado dip
  10. 1Chili/Tabasco sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Grease a heatproof dish with oil and arrange the tortilla chips, tomatoes, jalapenos, and bean paste (or store-bought refried beans) on top.

    Top with grated (or powdered) cheese. Bake in an oven at about 200℃ for 10 minutes and enjoy while hot.

    Try mixing various delicious ingredients into your nachos! This is the same as the top picture.

    Here's a Mexican plate of a tortilla, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato. It's great for vegetarians.
