Steps

Season the fillet with 1/2 of garlic, salt and pepper.

Heat a frying pan on medium heat, add oil and sear the fish for 3 minutes each side or until golden brown.

Remove for the heat and set aside

In a bowl mix coconut cream, the remaining 1/2 of the garlic, salt, pepper and tumeric

Pour coconut sauce into the same frying pan where you browned the tilapia and heat for 1 - 2 minutes.

Serve tilapia and add sauce on top.
