Vegetable Rice cutlet

Firstly,in a bowl take 1 bowl Cooked rice & mash smooth

Add 1 boiled and mashed potato also add 2 tbsp chopped carrot,2 tbsp chopped capsicum,2 tbsp corn

Now ginger paste,garam masala,chart masala,cumin powder,lemon juice, salt,chilli powder 1 TSP refine and mix all the ingredients properly to make a soft and smooth dough.

Make the cutlet of any shape

Leave the cutlets at room temperature for 10 minutes

Take a non-stick pan and add 2 tbsp veg oil on it and put the cutlets one by one on it and fry till golden brown..

Now our delicious and healthy veg rice cutlets are ready..serve it with sauce or green chutney.
