Boil the green peas for 10 minutes. I use bicarbonate to maintain gren colour

Wash the picked rice, boil in 2 cups of water with cooking oil and salt. Reduce the heat once the water starts bubbling.

Simultaneously bring to boil the minced beef. Once water dries out, add cooking oil and cook until it browns abit. Add onions, let them cook well and add garlic and then the tomatoes. Add salt. At this point you can add more spices as you like.

Add the boiled green peas to the mince stew ans mix well. Bring to boil.

Enjoy your stew and rice
