It's absolutely refreshing and is in Season now. Therefore it needs to be utilised to the maximum. And that's what i have been doing with this amazing Fruit. It's juicy and luscious.
Breakfast can never get so good. This Smoothie is enough for a complete meal. Alongside a simple Sandwich, it's totally delightful. Kids and the adults would love it for sure. It's such a wonderful option.
Lychee or Litchi is much similar to the Rambutans of Thailand. These little fruity beauties are embedded inside a protective outer covering that can be peeled off easily with hands. Inside each little Fruit, there's a seed that is not edible. These are rich in antioxidants and reduces swelling and pain. It's a good source of Vitamin C. These fleshy little one's help maintain the immune system.
All in all, a super delicious and a healthy Fruit that is seasonal and hence cannot be missed. This Shake with Vanilla Ice-cream is a great treat to our tastebuds. Honey is optional. I didn't add any sweetner and since it already has the Ice-cream, it's already sweet. It's absolutely refreshing, creamy, velvety and luscious Shake that one can whip up in the Season.

Peel the Lychee to remove its soft colorful outer covering, exposing the sweet and juicy white fruit. Remove all the outer coverings and deseed the fruits. Add the peeled and deseeded lychee to a blender jar along with the boiled cooled milk, vanilla ice-cream, and some ice-cubes.

Blend everything until well combined. Creamy and luscious shake is ready to be relished.

Serve immediately with a few more of ice-cubes or as required. Enjoy!
