Ingredients

1 hr 30 mins

  1. 1thinely sliced potato,
  2. 1/2 finally chop carrot
  3. to tasteSalt ,
  4. 2-3 tsp chopped beans,
  5. 1 finely chopped onion,
  6. 2-3 tsplemon juice
  7. 1 cup,,rice flakes(poha)
  8. 1/2tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspturmeric,
  10. 2 tbsp oil,
  11. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 7 curry leaves

  1. 1

    Take a pan when the oil is hot add oil..then add curry leaves,mustard seeds and grated ginger saute fora sec.then add potato and cook till it become golden in colour

    When the potato turn its colour then add veggies and cook till it become soft..after 10 min when its done..add onion saute till it transculent

    When all the veggies aur cooked add salt and all the dry spieces..then add washed poha..mix it properly and add lemon juice..now its done to serve...garnishing it with coriander leaves
