Round gourd kofta

First take gourd, peel off and grate it. Add half spoon of salt and mix well. Leave it for 2 minutes and drain the excess water by pressing with hands.

Now add gram flour, 1/3spoon cumin seeds and 1/3spooncoriander powder, mix well and make small balls.

Take a pan and put oil in it. Heat the oil and add kofta balls in it and fry till golden brown.

Kofta balls are ready. Keep it aside.

Now in the same pan, take out some oil. Only 1tbspoon oil is taken for making gravy. Add chopped onions and cook till golden brown.

Add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste, salt(1/2spoon), turmeric and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.

Àdd curd and garam masala, mix well and cook till it leaves oil.

Add 200ml of water and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Add kofta in it and cook for 3 minutes.

Yummy koftas are ready.
