Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • 1chopped Onion
  • 1/2Sliced Bell pepper
  • 1/2tube garlic puree
  • TbspMedium Curry Powder
  • 1+1/2 tsp Tomato puree
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 500 gchicken breast or thigh
  • 1 Cancoconut milk
  • 1 tspGarlic granules
  • 1 tspHot sauce

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Brown/cook the chicken in the oil

  2. 2

    Sweat onion and pepper with the chicken

  3. 3

    Add the curry powder and stir in for a minute

  4. 4

    Add garlic puree and tomato puree and stir for 1 minute

  5. 5

    Add in the coconut milk, honey and hot sauce and stir.

  6. 6

    Stir occasionally and reduce until desired texture, I prefer a thicker curry
