  • 2onions
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1leek
  • 300 gwhite cabbage
  • 1 tbsambal oelek
  • 3 tbketjap manis
  • 1broth block (vegetable flavour)
  • 1ts turmeric
  • 0,5 tbgrated ginger
  • Sides
  • Atjar tjampoer
  • Cocktail onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice.

  2. 2

    Stir fry the vegetables on med-high until onions turn translucent.

  3. 3

    Add seasonings the vegetables and mix them.

  4. 4

    Add the rice, mix well on high heat and serve.
