Steps

Clean and wash prawns

Chop the vegetables

Heat oil and fry onions to light brown add zeera.

Add 2green chillies and haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder salt and add little water and cook, add ginger garlic paste and cook add some water.

Add tomato and cook covered till soft and meshy achi tarha bhun lein masala oil comes up

Add prawns fry for 2mins than add roasted zeera mix, green chilies, dhania, garam masala and lemon juice

Bhun lein achi tarha than put on dum with qasuri methi..

A very tasty prawn masala is ready serve with chapati.

Note :🌺always remove the black vein from prawns🌸for smell keep them in garlic water for few mins than wash and dry 🌺or apply haldi on them than wash 🌺or lemon juice.
