Heat your pot on a medium heat. Add oil, onions and cook to golden brown then

Add chopped garlic and ginger then

Tomatoes chopped. Add your beef cut into cubes.

Then add your beef stock let it boil for 15mins add garden peas

After 20 mins add your chopped coriander.

And serve.
