In a kadai, heat some oil, add peanuts, and allow them to roast nicely

Now add sliced onions, fry them nicely, add garlic, ginger, red chilli powder and fry nicely

Now add sliced tomatoes and cover and cook till mushy, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Once done switch off the flame

Now allow it to cool, once cool blend it finely in mixture. Remove in bowl.

Heat oil tadka pan, add mustard seeds and hing once it splutters add curry leaves and switch of flame add to chutney mix nicely and serve😊
