Boil the potatoes,peel and mash them.

In a degchi or wok put oil,zeera. Once it pops add onion,white part of spring onions and cook until slightly brown.

Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste,1/4 cup water,haldi,red chillies and salt and cook.

Bhun jae so add green chillies,once the masala is nicely cooked add the mashed potatoes. Mix well,adjust salt.
