In a bowl, beat the hung curd and chillies, black pepper, salt, lime juice, let it be very soft. Add paneer cubes and keep aside for marination.

Apply the mixture of marination on the paneer, tomato, and capsicum.

Heat a non-stick pan. Arrange the cheese, tomato, capsicum into the skewers. Grill the paneer skewers for 5 minutes on each side, brushing oil and extra marinate afters the intervals. Serve hot and enjoy with salsa.
