Ingredients

45 minutes
2 people
  • 3 tablespoonshung curd
  • 1chilli finally chopped
  • 2 spoonschaat masala
  • 1/2 tablespoonkali mirch powder
  • 500 grams cheese cut into pieces (1 inch size)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 pcs capsicum
  • As requiredOil accordingly

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, beat the hung curd and chillies, black pepper, salt, lime juice, let it be very soft. Add paneer cubes and keep aside for marination.

  2. 2

    Apply the mixture of marination on the paneer, tomato, and capsicum.

  3. 3

    Heat a non-stick pan. Arrange the cheese, tomato, capsicum into the skewers. Grill the paneer skewers for 5 minutes on each side, brushing oil and extra marinate afters the intervals. Serve hot and enjoy with salsa.
