Take the flour in one bowl and then chop onion and add all the spices to the flour.

Take very small amount of water and make a soft dough.

As there are all grains in the flour so the flour is bit sticky and we cannot roll them like a paratha so this is the typical way to tap the dough in a cotton cloth wet it with water first and then take a small portion of dough and start tapping like how you make kulcha without rolling pin using water on it.

Now heat a pan with some oil and flip them down.

Now cook it properly and flip on other side and then roast until golden brown.

Thalipeeth is ready to serve with green coriander chutney or with thecha typical and authentic Maharashtrian dish.
