Curd from milk

Heat the milk in a pan or pot

The milk should be not very hot only lukewarm

Take a spoon full of curd and mix it in the milk. Mix it properly,cover it and keep it at hot place for 4 to 5 hours

After 4 to 5 hours, the milk will set as curd

Now keep it in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours for chilling

After 2 to 3 hours the curd is ready to serve

Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt

Serve it with hot paratha or thepla
