  • Seasoning

  • 2cooking spoon of oil

    Chop yam to desired shape boil till soft,

    Heat oil, add ingredients, whisked eggs mix

    Then add Yam and mix, allow for a little while till all the eggs curdle round the yam, then done.

    My kids couldn't resist, they demanded for tasting tasting 😊
