Ingredients

  • 1 cupsweet corn kernels
  • to tasteSalt
  • as per tasteChaat masala
  • 1/4 tspRoasted zeera Powder
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1small tomato chopped
  • 1green chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbspnylon sev
  • 2 tbsppomegranate kernels
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take frozen sweet corn kernels in a sieve
    Wash them nicely.

  2. 2

    Now pre heat your air fryer and add corn
    Add 1 tsp oil, I didn’t use any oil though. Let them be little crispy

    Till then chop onions and tomato and green chili

    Take them in a mixing bowl
    Add both the chutnies as liked.

    Mix dry masalas
    Now add crispy corn and toss everything together.

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and nylon sev and serve immediately.
