Wash & soak Masoor Dal for 30 mins.

In a pan add 1 Tbsp oil and add all chopped and grated vegetables like potato, cabbage, carrot and onion. Add little salt and fry for 4-5 mins to release moisture. Set aside to cool.

In the blender add Masoor Dal, almond flour, chopped ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, cumin chopped powder, lime juice, salt, parsley leaves, garam masala powder, black pepper powder. Blend to make a coarse paste and not a smooth one.

Transfer the whole paste into a bowl and add the vegetables. Mix well.

Grease your palm to make the Kababs. Give it any shape.

In a pan heat Canola oil and fry the Kababs.

Plate and garnish with lime wedges, coriander leaves and onion slices
