Add gram flour in a bowl add salt red chilli coriander leaves carom seeds add 1 cup water mix it well

After adding water mix it well now heat a kadahi add 4 tsp oil in a kadahi on a low flame now add gram flour batter and stir it continuously for 10 minutes

Turn off the gas the batter form hard shape like khandvi like this now let it cool for 10 minutes after that add semolina wheat flour if dough is sticky add more wheatflour

Knead a dough like a chapati dough add 1 tsp oil cover it and rest it for 10 minutes after that knead it again if dough become sticky add more wheatflour

Now take a rolling board grease it with oil and also grease rolling pin now make small balls like a chapati like this

And make a big round shape chapati I could not snap that picture now cut small roundels shape wit the help of katori o glass like this

Now heat a kadahi fry all the puris in hot oil but wen flame become high low the flame as mine puris turns very golden m also making this first time now this snack is ready to serve and eat with any pickle o dip
