Oats Tikki Chaat
Steps

Grind oats in a mixer to a fine powder. Mash potatoes and mix salt, red chilli powder, kasuri methi and garam masala and mix well.

Mix grinded oats in potatoes thoroughly and knead like a dough.

Take a portion of dough and make a ball and flatten it on your palm and make a tikki. Heat a non stick griddle brush it with cooking oil and put tikkis and shallow fry till crispie golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the tikkis.

Place a tikki in a serving bowl. Spread tamarind chutney, curd and green chutney.

Add finely chopped onions and chaat masala over it. Spread sev over it and Serve.
