Peel, wash and slice the onions like a ring, separate the rings and soak in some cold water and keep it in the fridge for at least half an hour. Once it turns crunchy, drain the water.

Let the excess water drain off for sometimes. In the meantime, chop the chillies, coriander and juice the lemon, discard the seeds.

Add all the mentioned ingredients to the onion slices in a bowl and mix well. Serve it with your favourite Biryani, kebabs etc. Bon Appetit!
