Crème brûlée
An easy and foolproof recipe you should try as soon as possible.
Steps

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla until the mixture is pale and creamy.

Gradually add the milk while mixing.

Then add the heavy cream and whisk well.

Pour the mixture into individual ramekins.

Bake in a preheated oven at 300°F (150°C) for 40 minutes.

Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Before serving, sprinkle a little brown sugar on top and caramelize with a kitchen torch or place under the broiler for 5 more minutes.
