Now take a grinder jar and add black mustard seeds and slightly grind it

Now take a mud container or jar add black carrot, black salt, mustard seeds powder salt, and water mix it well and cover it and leave it in sunlight for 3 days.

After 3 days your black carrot kanji is ready to drink.
