Peel and grate boiled potato in mixing bowl. Add ragira flour, chopped green corainder leaves,salt, green chillies ginger paste, tumeric powder,red chilli powder,oil.

Bind and knead into semi soft dough without water.

Take small lemon size portion from prepared puri dough. Make round ball.Place on sheet. Cover with other half of sheet and roll gently to make 2" round Puri.

Heat oil in frying pan. Gently drop rolled puri in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden on both sides. Similarly prepare all Rajgira Masala Puris.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Ragira Masala Puris with sweet and sour pickle, hot tea/ coffee at tea time.
