  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tbspchilli paste
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • For outer coating
  • 1 cupgram flour/ besan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspHaldi(Turmeric) powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspdhanya jeera (corinader cumin)powder
  • 1/4 tspcarrom seeds
  • Pincheno
  • As neededWater
  • Accompanying
  • as neededPav
  • 3 tspVada pav dry chutney
  • 5 tspTomato ketchup/meetha chutney

  1. 1

    Boil the raw bananas and smash it

    Except oil, add all the ingredients and mix it well and then make equal balls

    Take all the ingredients of coating in a bowl

    Add water and make a smooth thick paste

    Coat the balls in this paste and fry it in hot oil.
