Combine all the dry ingredients together except emo fruit salt.

Add greenchilli and hinge paste, lemon juice, sugar and salt, add water to get desired consistency

One the batter is ready, put a deep pan on stove and heat 2 cups of water till it simmers

Grease a dhokla plate with oil or use any plate with borders to buildup the dhokla

Put this plate on the steamer stand and keep it inside the water simmering pan

Now quickly mix eno salt and pour the batter on dhokla plate, as quickly cover the pan with lid

Let the KHAMAN cook properly check after 15 minutes by inserting a knife Inthe center of cooking KHAMAN, if the knife comes out clear that indicates KHAMAN is cooked

Now off the flame after 17minutes and garnish the KHAMAN with fresh grated coconut as coriander if you don't have coconut simply garnish with coriander and fried green chillies
