Cooking Instructions

Take a vessel add maida. Now take other pan add ghee and oil turn on flame.

Once it gets heat completely pour above the flour and mix it with spoon.

Now add little salt and knead dough adding water. Knead dough soft like puri.

Keep the dough for 5 minutes. Take a bowl add 2 tbsp ghee and 2 tbsp rice flour and make a thick paste and fluffy called (satta).

Now make a big roti. Make a ball and roll up to five roti. Take 1 roti on above spread satta paste.on above paste place other roti like this do layering of 5 roti and roll it

After rolling it up properly press it on all sides so that paste stick up properly. Now cut into small sizes. Now take a small size dough and roll puri softly

Take a pan add oil for deep frying. Place khajja Puri and deep fry in medium flame till golden brown

Once it gets fry on both sides.take out on kitchen plate dust sugar powder and sprinkle cardamom powder on it. When it is hot...

So here Verki Puri.. khajja Puri is ready to serve

I have kept half of the puri without dusting sugar powder. And half dusted with sugar... Both tastes delicious and soft
