Ingredients

  • 1Maida (all -purpose flour)dough
  • 3-4Potatoes boiled
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonChat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl. Add boiled potatoes in it and mash well

  2. 2

    Add spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Take some maida dough. Roll it and cut into half

  4. 4

    Add potato suffing and roll it into the shape of samosa.

    Take a pan. Add oil in it

    Fry these samosa until golden brown
