Take a bowl to that add milk powder and milk made powder and mix it well together. Then add milk drop by drop and knead a soft dough.

With the help of a palm make small sized balls. Then take a kahadi to that add oil. Heat it.

Then allow ball to get Fried on a medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour. Then keep it aside separate.

Take another pan to that add equal proportion of water and sugar and 2 pod of Cardamom to make a sugar Syrup.

Once your sugar Syrup is ready. Put the small size Gulab Jamun balls in it. Cover it for 10 minutes. To get a perfect size and sweetness in Gulab Jamun

Then serve hot, spongy and sweet Gulab Jamun in a bowl and enjoy it with your family.
