First in a pan take milk and boil it on high flame when a boil comes turn the flame low and cook it for 10 minutes to reduce its quantity.now add saffron threads and essence mix it.

When the milk reduced half add desiccated coconut and bread crumbs.mix well.and cook for another 5 minutes.now add sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes when it becomes thick.rabdi is ready.then turn off the flame.and let it cool completely.

Time to assemble it.so take short glasses or cups. Crumble the ladoos and make a layer of motichoor in shot glasses.press lightly with spoon.pour rabdi on it.sprinkle some chopped almonds and pistachios.then again make a layer of motichoor.garnish with almonds and pistachios. put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours then serve cool.
