Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients than add oil.. Mix it it should form balls if not for ind than add some oil...

Later add lukewarm water amd form a dough.. Let it rest for 20 minutes

Later make small balls and roll it little thick.. Than press it from fork or make designs as per your choice

Heat oil but not too much....medium heat oil.. Than fry those mathri in medium flame untill crispy... It takes 5 to 6 minutes to fry

As all mathris are fried let it cool... mathri are ready to eat... Serve and enjoy
