Steps

Soak China grass in water at least 20 mints and chopped dryfruits.

Cook in low flame till it melt.

In the milk, add sugar & 1/2 of cooked China grass stir well. Cook till 10 to 15 minutes, stirring continuously.

Add butterscotch essence stir & pour in a container & cool it.

In another part & add roohafza cook for 2 or 3 minutes on low flame & pour on top of milk halwa.

Garnish with dry fruits & let it cool in the refrigerator. Cut it in any shape serve.
