The mint and coriander leaves Fritters gives a chatpata taste after eating sweets. They are digestive too due to mint.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients for making batter except water and then add water slowly and stirring simultaneously for making batter of required consistency.

Add chopped mint and coriander leaves and chopped onions and mix.

Heat oil in a wok. Add 1 tb sp batter in hot oil and fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the pakodis.

Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
