  2. 2eggs
  3. Salt and pepper
  4. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 1small onion
  6. 2 sticksdhania
  7. 1/4tomato

  1. 1

    Chop the banana and fry them till golden on both sides. Season.

    Break the eggs and beat them together with the chopped vegetables. Season.

    Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let cook till firm to flip. 1 minute on both sides.
