Heat the oil and add cumin seeds and bay leaves.

Now add onions and saute for 2 mein. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry.

Now add tomatoes and saute for 2 mein.

Now add cauliflower and potato pieces and stir well.

And now add all the dry spices and salt to it and mix well.

Cover the pan and cook for 10 mein.

Finally add coriander leaves.
