Somewhat Italian Tomato Bread

I rearranged a recipe to use a bread maker to make 1.5 loaves.
Don't slice the bread until it has cooled completely. Use a knife in sawing motions to slice it neatly. It will slice neatly if you wipe the blade clean after each slice. (My co-worker taught me that). Recipe by Ginnane

Steps
- 1
Measure the ingredients precisely. If the tomato juice is chilled, let it warm to room temperature. Place the ingredients into the bread maker and as soon as it has finished baking, remove and place on an oven rack placed on a large plate to cool.
- 2
Once it has cooled completely, use a bread knife to saw the loaf into slices.
- 3
This tastes delicious topped with mozzarella cheese and fresh tomatoes drizzled with olive oil.
